Hi there!

I am Tamara – a senior consultant, family business entrepreneur and angel investor based in Berlin.

As the first employee, I helped build KREATIZE alongside the founders, growing the company from the ground up and scaling a team of over 50 people. I then deep-dived into consultancy at Brighthouse, a BCG company, and JENEWEIN AG, supporting organizations through complex, purpose-driven transformations – especially in times of crisis.

My expertise lies in project management and organizational development.
